Python developer focuses on Developing and maintaining Product with cutting edge technology which matches trending industry standards, responsible for building a stable product with the micro-services framework and follow Agile and DevOps ways-of-working.
Implement new features as per the product improvement/revamp cycle.
The resource should be demonstrated experience or knowledge of containers and container technology: Docker, cgroups, Kubernetes, LXC, etc
Ability to engage with architects, designers, and software developers around the world, and provide feedback on functional requirements with a focus on feasibility and complexity.
Domain experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, with geodetics, 2D mapping, and geo-processing.
The resource should be Familiar with security principles, concepts, and best practices, including encrypted communications and data storage, role-based access control, etc
Understanding of network communications, including TCP/IP, HTTP, Web Sockets, and RPC protocols
The resource must be good in DevOps mindset and strong ownership over the owned code (test, monitor, deploy, maintain).
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or the Natural Sciences.
Candidate should be demonstrated experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and distributed software systems.
Candidate should have a solid understanding of microservice architecture and design principles.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing APIs, especially REST APIs
Demonstrated experience building scalable systems featuring: fault-tolerance, high availability, distributed micro-services, and event-based and/or message-driven architecture.
Candidate should have experience with source code management systems like VSTS, svn, or git; and build tools like ant, maven, gradle, or make
