Quality Assurance Engineer

Develop and Design test plans, scenarios and scripts. Use bug tracking systems, debugging and report defects, develop test cases, defect logging and defect triage, resolve build errors and issues during integration. Familiar with Test Automation, DevOps best practices and Agile/Scrum. Conversant with software development and testing life cycle. Thorough Understanding & Mapping of Business Situations for end to end testing. Proactive and Assertive communication for timely actions and quality releases.
Test planning & execution, bug logging & tracking, debugging, defect triage
Review and analyze system specifications for implementing changes for Customer relationship management perspective
Collaborate with the Salesforce team to develop effective strategies and test plans
Write and Execute manual test cases based on the user story
Execute test cases (automated or manual), analyze results, and ensure issues are addressed
Conduct user acceptance testing
Act as Tier 1 support (i.e., troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, and resolving simple requests) and escalate to a senior Salesforce admin/developer, if necessary
Support the Salesforce team with testing third-party apps and integrations
Coordinate efforts of offshore Software Test Engineers
Adhere to best practices in testing while continuing to improve the quality and productivity of fusionSpan testing practices
Education and specific industry experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MCA. Related IT exposure with 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM application testing.
