As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will apply basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards. Design systems for recording and analyzing of product quality levels. Develop product quality control inspection specifications and techniques and interpret these trends.

Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans for SaaS-based products. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install, and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes, and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area. At least 3+ years of software engineering or related experience. Proficiency in OCI, SaaS, Unix, SQL, and at least one programming language. Understanding of roles, processes, and procedures within a QA environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Developing test scenarios, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products, adhering to both internal and external standards.
Designing, installing, and evaluating quality control methods and systems.
Developing and executing software test plans.
Analyzing and writing test standards and procedures.
Maintaining documentation of test results.
Analyzing test results and recommending corrective actions.
Designing continuing maintenance of product quality.
Developing standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
